How can I book El Nido Tour C?
El Nido Tour C can only be booked in person at our booking office. This is because the Philippine Coast Guard occasionally cancels Tour C for several days due to tidal and weather conditions in El Nido, and we cannot predict when it will be available again.

Do you offer travel packages (airfare + hotel + tour)?
We are a tour operator in the Philippines with offices in El Nido and Boracay, renowned for our island-hopping adventures and jeepney land tours. Please note that we do not offer travel packages. Our booking office is conveniently located at Frendz Hostel, our partner accommodation. You can check room rates and availability here.

What are the payment options?
You can easily make payment online using any of the following payment options:

• Credit/Debit Card – You have the option to pay using your credit card. Click on the ‘Pay with PayPal’ button, and it will direct you to a page where you can find the ‘Pay with debit or credit card’ option at the bottom.”.
• Paypal
• Cash (see the policy below)

For tours/events starting the next day or within 24 hours: Payment must be settled within 1 hour after the reservation has been made. Please proceed to the Haqqy Life booking office located at Frendz Hostel to settle your payment. Failure to settle dues within the specified time will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation without prior notice.

For tours/events starting in 48 hours or more: Payment must be settled at least 24 hours before the event date. Failure to settle dues within the specified time will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation without prior notice.

Please settle your payment at the Haqqy Life booking office located at Frendz Hostel.
Operational Hours: Daily from 7 AM to 10 PM.

What is the average group size of your tour?

• In El Nido, we have two boats for the Island Hopping Adventure, each with a capacity of 28 and 32 people, respectively. Additionally, our vehicle for the Beyond El Nido Adventure (Jeepney Land Tour) can accommodate up to 20 people.
• In Boracay, our boat for the Island Hopping Adventure and Sunset Boat Party Cruise has a capacity of up to 40 people per trip.

Keep in mind that the group size is subject to change without prior notice depending on the number of participants on the tour and the vehicle/boat used to carry all passengers.

Do you offer private, personalized tours?
We specialize in group/shared tours with the goal of turning strangers into friends. For private tours, you can still book with us but it will be operated and organized by a different tour agency. If you prefer a private tour, please contact us by sending an email through our contact form.

Do you have an age limit on your tours?
Our tours are primarily tailored for adults, as the majority of our participants are solo travelers, fun couples, and groups of friends from around the globe. Additionally, some activities on our tours are more active than others, such as walking and trekking at waterfalls and cliff-jumping sites. However, as long as you’re fit and able to participate in these activities, we’d be thrilled to have you join us.

Can I book upon arrival?
We suggest booking in advance as there are limited seats, and we cannot guarantee availability.

What happens if something comes up and I need to change my tour date?
If your travel plans have changed, please contact us at least 24 hours before your tour date, and we will try to accommodate you on the next available date. Please note that availability is not guaranteed.

What happens if it rains on the day of the tour?
The Philippine Coast Guard closely monitors the island hopping tours and the weather conditions to ensure the safety of all passengers. If they cancel the tour due to inclement weather, you have the option to reschedule, which is subject to availability, or get a refund. If the Coast Guard does not cancel, the ticket is non-refundable.

Do you have expeditions from El Nido to Coron?
We do not run expeditions to Coron, as we only operate boat tours and jeepney land tours in El Nido. We have a partner agency to whom we transfer our guests if they want to join the expedition. However, reservations can only be made in person at our booking office in El Nido, as we do not have full control over their schedule and availability.

Do you offer shuttle/van transfer from El Nido to Port Barton?
You can book your van transfer to Port Barton at our booking office located at Frendz Hostel El Nido. See the rate and schedule below.

Fare: Php 650 per person (subject to change without prior notice)

All tickets are non-refundable if canceled or a no-show.

Rescheduling is free if requested at least 24 hours before the tour date. Changing the date is allowed up to 6 months from the original tour date but is subject to availability and possible price differences.
